Challenge

A one-person consultancy needs to explain its services, take free and paid bookings and receive messages, without a monthly website-builder bill or cookie banners.

Solution

A static, mobile-first site on its own domain, with Calendly for free consultations, Square Appointments for paid sessions with a deposit, and a contact form that saves every message before emailing it.

Result

Scores 95+ on Lighthouse performance, accessibility and SEO, a check that runs on every change. No cookies, no trackers, and it runs on hardware I control.

Website for a Pet Photography Studio

A booking-ready site for a New Jersey pet photographer, shown here with the studio's name and wording changed for privacy.

Challenge

A new photography studio needed to look established from day one: show its work, explain session prices, take bookings and look good when shared by text or social media, without a monthly website-builder bill.

Solution

A custom, photo-first site on the studio's own domain: a split hero with a photo collage, a portfolio that shows every photo uncropped, session pricing cards, an FAQ and designed link previews. Business email on the domain forwards to one inbox, and the booking page falls back to email until the scheduling account is live.

Result

Scores 98 on Lighthouse performance and 100 on accessibility and SEO, checked automatically on every change. Hosted at no cost on Cloudflare Pages, so the only running cost is the domain. Photos are resized for phones and stripped of location data before they're published.

InsiderTrack

A data platform that scores stock trades by Congress members, corporate insiders and funds.

Challenge

Congressional, insider (SEC Form 4) and institutional (13F) trade disclosures are public, but scattered across sources and formats, with no way to tell which signals have actually worked.

Solution

A platform that ingests all three sources, scores each stock by who is buying, and weights each trader by how their past purchases performed against the S&P 500.

Result

Runs in production with nightly encrypted backups and monitoring. Every score is recorded, so its accuracy at 30, 60 and 90 days is measured rather than claimed.
